As an EMCC-accredited coach with advanced training in mental health and wellbeing, I provide honest, caring conversations to help you untangle what feels unclear, regain perspective, and move forward with confidence and calm.
You can begin with a single session or continue at your own pace — no fixed structure, simply space to explore what’s meaningful for you right now.

About Bloom in Stillness
I’m Caitríona (Ka-tree-na) — an accredited coach (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and a yoga teacher registered with the Association Belge des Enseignants et des Pratiquants de Yoga (ABEPY). I also hold additional qualifications in mental health and wellbeing.
After years of balancing work, travel, and family life — and navigating my own share of ups and downs — I came to understand how essential it is to pause, reflect, and recharge. These insights inspired me to create Bloom in Stillness: a space to reflect, realign, and reconnect.
Here, mindful yoga, Yin-inspired movement, breathwork, and coaching come together to help release tension, restore balance, and rediscover your inner strength.
Many who come to Bloom in Stillness are navigating life’s ups and downs — transitions, multiple roles, loss, or personal challenges. Together, we create space to slow down, find clarity, and build resilience — one breath at a time.
