Whether you’re feeling stuck, going through a transition, or simply need a moment of rest, I offer coaching and yoga sessions—together or separately—to support you. Through gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and coaching, we’ll work together to restore balance and build resilience from the inside out.

Monday Morning Reset
Start your week with intention through gentle flow yoga and mindfulness. This class blends soothing movement, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to ease stress, enhance body awareness, and bring clarity and focus to your day.

Fascia-Focused Yoga: A Journey to Resilience and Stability
Discover the power of your fascia—the connective tissue that supports and stabilizes your body. This unique practice begins with gentle warm-ups to increase blood flow and prepare the fascia. Through mindful holds, dynamic movement, and breathwork, you’ll release deep-seated tension, enhance flexibility, and build lasting inner strength. Walk away feeling balanced, renewed, and resilient—on and off the mat.

Gentle Flow Yoga
A breath-centered practice designed to restore balance, ease tension, and cultivate inner resilience. Each session integrates mindful movement, fascia work, and deep relaxation to support strength, flexibility, and emotional well-being.

Coaching
A safe and supportive space for deep listening, reflection, and guided conversation. Whether you’re navigating a transition, seeking clarity, or feeling stuck, coaching helps you reconnect with your strengths and take meaningful steps forward.

Somatic Coaching (Coaching & Yoga Combined)
An integrative approach to personal transformation. Through guided self-inquiry and mindful movement, you’ll explore patterns, release tension, and create lasting shifts in how you move through life. A deeply embodied way to cultivate awareness, resilience, and ease.

I’m Caitríona (Ka-tree-na), a certified coach (EMCC), yoga teacher (ABEPY), and mental health first aider.

Originally from Ireland, I’ve spent over 30 years balancing work, travel, and family life. Along the way, I learned the value of pausing to reflect and recharge—insights that led me to reskill and focus on helping others find balance and well-being.

As a coach, I specialize in personal and professional transformation, with a focus on resilience, meaningful goal-setting, and overall well-being.

In 2025, I founded Bloom in Stillness as a space to pause, reconnect, and (re)bloom. My approach blends gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation and coaching to support both the body and mind in finding balance. I also have a particular interest in fascia—the connective tissue that supports and stabilizes our bodies. Working with fascia helps to build strength, resilience, and promote healthy aging, making it a key part of my practice.

For over 23 years, I’ve called Auderghem, Brussels home, where I now offer a peaceful, welcoming space for you to pause, recharge, and reconnect at Bloom in Stillness.
