About Bloom in Stillness

I’m Caitríona (Ka-tree-na), an accredited coach and yoga teacher. After years balancing work, travel, and family life, I learned how essential it is to pause, reflect, and recharge. These insights inspired me to create Bloom in Stillness.

Here, mindful yoga, Yin-style stretches, breathwork, meditation, and coaching help you release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner strength.

Many who come to Bloom in Stillness are navigating life transitions, multiple roles, or personal challenges. Together, we explore mindful movement and reflection to help you feel unstuck, grounded, and resilient.
